ตามที่ที่ประชุมสภาประชาชนแห่งชาติจีนมีมติเลือกนายสี จิ้นผิง เป็นประธานาธิบดีสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน และนายหลี่ เค่อเฉียง เป็นนายกรัฐมนตรีสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ซึ่งเป็นการดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นสมัยที่ ๒ นั้น

On behalf of the Royal Thai Government and people of the Kingdom of Thailand, I have the honour to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Your Excellency on your second-term election as President of the People’s Republic of China. The historic unanimous vote for your position at the National’s People Congress clearly reflects categorical trust and confidence in your able leadership.
I am confident that under your visionary and effective leadership, the People’s Republic of China will continue to prosper and become an “all rounded well-off society,” and successfully build a great modern socialist country with Chinese characteristics guided by your great wisdom and innovation.
