เนื่องในโอกาสที่นาง Vatma Vall Mint Soueina ได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้เป็นรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศมอริเตเนียนั้น พลเอก ธนะศักดิ์ ปฏิมาประกร รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีถึงรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศมอริเตเนีย ดังนี้
