The perfect Croughnut has the light and flaky layered texture of a croissant inside and the creamy crispness and glazed sugar texture of a doughnut outside. Made with milk, yeast, butter, flour, eggs, salt, sugar and fondant icing, the Croughnut is featured every morning at Caf? Mozu from 6am to 11am.
