He will join hands with Rembrandt's Executive Chef Jaume and Executive Sue Chef Jesus to create an aperitif and a 4-course dinner menu with the exotic flavours of Mediterranean Catalan dishes paired with Freixenet's Spanish wines on Friday, 2nd May 2014 at 6:30PM at Da Vinci Restaurant.
Bio of Chef Pere Massana - He is the chef at his family restaurant Cal Pere del Maset, in the heart ofPenedes, a beautiful region surrounded by vineyards. His cuisine has a huge reputation in the country for his purityand for the modern touch he is bringing to the traditional culinary tradition.
