Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN) had recently won the prestigious “Top 10 Developers Awards 2014” from BCI ASIA for 3 projects: CentralFestival Samui, CentralPlaza Salaya, and CentralWestGate. Dr. Matthias Krups, BCI Asia Chairman recently presented the awards to CPN representatives at Ballroom, The Four Seasons Hotel. This award is given to the firms in Asia which are the national leading developers that have developed great design and development, and have concerned on environment.

CentralFestival Samui is the new landmark of Samui, with the project value of around 3.1 billion baht. The project is CPN’s first themed shopping mall in the concept of ‘Reminiscence of a Southern Lifestyle’. The shopping complex’s architecture comes in the design of all unique aspects of Samui. The shopping complex is designed in resort style, which is suitable for Samui, as a world-famous tourist destination. This theme mall applies unique lifestyle of Samui to the unique architectural design. The architectural design features a unique style such as Chaweng Port theme, which comes in the contemporary design of old port, and Old Town Market theme with the Colonial architecture design integrated in East meets West style.
CentralPlaza Salaya is the first theme mall that brings the outdoor atmosphere indoors. The project, valued at over 4.2 billion baht. It is a lifestyle shopping center that offers the best choices of goods while boasting the atmosphere of an orchid garden, modernity and perfection. Orchid flowers which are the symbol of Salaya are a main component of the design of our complex. In addition, the interior and exterior design of the complex was also inspired by several unique symbols of Nakhon Pathom such as the Sanam Chandra Palace.
CentralWestGate is the mega project of the year with the project value of around 10 billion baht. This project will be the first “Super Regional Mall” in Thailand and will be the best one in Southeast Asia, under the world-class design concept of “MetropolAsia” or “The Hub of Everything” including shopping complex, lifestyle destination, living, dinning, entertainment, and world-class attraction in one place. CPN guarantees that this project will be the new chapter of retail history in Thailand.
