Recently, the Global Top Group was pleased to mark the auspicious construction commencement at “The Cloud” condominium with a ceremony.
In attendance were Ms. Wipa Borvornratanagosol, Director of Troung Co., Ltd. (third from left), part of the Global Top Group, and Mr. Shlomo Netter, Construction Director (fourth from left), as well as the management team. “The Cloud” is the fifth condominium project under the group.
Located in Pratumnak hill, “The Cloud” is a high rise building with 161 units offering luxury condominiums with commanding views of Jomtien and Pattaya Beach. The projected construction period of the development, valued at over 450 million Thai Baht, has been estimated to finish in 2017.
