Linfox (Thailand) Ltd., a subsidiary of Australia’s largest privately owned logistics company, signed an agreement with TICON Logistics Park Co., Ltd. (TPARK), to lease 10,000 square meters of a built to suit warehouse covering a land area of 26 rai in TPARK Wangnoi 2. The custom developed warehouse combines with an ambient storage and a cold storage for supporting the logistics operation for chain restaurant business. Linfox will use the facility to provide logistics and warehouse services to Yum Restaurants, the operator of KFC and Pizza Hut in Thailand. The agreement is the first step for TPARK to move into restaurant business which is a new market segment with high growth potential.

The strategic location of TPARK Wangnoi 2 is ideal to facilitate fast transportation and delivery of fresh food products to KFC and Pizza Hut outlets throughout the service area. With confidence in the long-time experience and quality team of TPARK, Linfox has entrusted TPARK to develop this custom designed warehouse to meet the highly specific requirements of Yum Restaurants. The cold storage area within the facility will cover over 3,000 sq m of the leased space, and the rest will be allocated for logistics services.” We look forward to this partnership, and the development of the relationship between our two companies.

In response to the continually increasing demand for quality warehouses due to the consistent expansion of industrial and business sectors in Wangnoi area, TPARK has developed two Logistics Parks in the area. TPARK Wangnoi 1 offering 112,000 sq m warehouse space was leased out within 3 years. TPARK Wangnoi 2 has been developed following the great success of TPARK Wangnoi 1. The project is divided into 2 phases covered a land area of 650 rai. The first phase, which is now being developed, covers 320 rai with a total space of 210,000 sq m of warehouses for lease. The company is now planning to further develop its high quality Ready Built Warehouses in the project to serve more demands in the area.
