Bangkok Bank appoints ‘Arun Chirachavala’ to be an independent director effective from February 2, 2015.
Bangkok Bank Corporate Secretary, Apichart Ramyarupa said the meeting of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited (the “Bank”) No. 1/2558 held on January 29, 2015, resolved to appoint Mr. Arun Chirachavala to be an independent director in place of Mr. Kanung Luchai, who has resigned. This appointment shall be effective from February 2, 2015.
