Mitsubishi Motors announce After Sales Service policy 2015 to create maximum customer satisfaction

Bangkok--2 Jul--Mitsubishi Motors Mitsubishi Motors Thailand improved the quality of after sales service and enhances technician skills to increase customer satisfaction. The company extended free service labor for periodic maintenance up to 5 years for all Mitsubishi customers. Mr. Morikazu Chokki, President and CEO of Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. unveiled Mitsubishi after sales 2015 policy that focus on customer satisfaction of product and after sales service quality by collaboration with dealerships nationwide to develop standard of operation procedures in service center and welcome all customer suggestions then resolve the problems in a timely manner which consequently resulted in the company's satisfaction index score (CSI) which improved gradually from last year. "We realized that the after sales service is one of important factors which influence customer purchasing decision. Thus, we continue to develop after sales service operations and human resource performance which included monitoring and evaluation process to enhance operation performance and customer satisfactions" Mr. Chokki said. Aftersales Human Resources Development Moreover, Mr. Chokki added the importance of aftersales human resources development is also importance that Mitsubishi aimed to raise quality of human resources skills as one standard across the country by delivering more than 200 annual and special training courses which are conducted by both domestic and oversea trainers. Also, the technicians have more time training period for gaining more skills. Furthermore, Mitsubishi has formed "Coaching Team" for nationwide training to support Mitsubishi service center. The teams will strengthen technician's skill in each service center which aimed to provide standard quality of after sales service in nationwide Mitsubishi service centers.
