Customers applying for K-Home Loan for their home purchases with the Bank's property developer partners are entitled to four privileges. They include small monthly installment of 1,000 Baht per 1 million Baht loan in the first year, minimum first-year interest rate of 0.50 percent, gift vouchers of up to 4,000 Baht from Central Department Store and the pay-as-you-like plan, which allow borrowers an array of payment terms. The Bank has engineered nine payment schemes, varying in tenures, payment amount and types of interest rates (floating or fixed). Clients can also choose to receive overdraft facilities or additional loans for home decoration.
