VALEO Group celebrates the inauguration of latest production line; emphasizing Thailand as the hub for ASEAN.

Bangkok--29 Apr--Valeo Automotive Mr. Jacques ASCHENBROICH, Chairman & CEO of Valeo Group (middle), and Mrs. Rebecca CULLINAN, Valeo's Group Director South East Asia (2nd from right), have joined to preside over the official opening of Valeo's latest production line, the Thermal Front-End module, through the ribbon cutting, along with partner Dr. Phornthep Phornprapha, President of Siam Motors, and representatives of local Thai authorities including (Ms.) Ajarin Pattanapanchai, Deputy Secretary General of Thailand's Board of Investment (2nd from left), and (Ms.) Panudda Rungraungsri, Director of Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, from Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (right). This new production line is Valeo's first Thermal Front-End module site in the ASEAN region and will later become an important hub for this product line in the region, with current surface area of 2,630 m2, and will expand to 4,600 m2 next year. This newest investment will facilitate Valeo's capacity to serve the demands of automotive industry in the region and worldwide. Thermal Front-End module production line is also demonstrating the company's commitment to bring more investment and to encourage Thailand as the most important production hub of ASEAN.
