Ford Announces Go Further Innovator Scholarship 2016, Inviting Vocational Students to Submit Creative Road SafetyProjects

Bangkok--24 Aug--Hill Knowlton Strategies Ford Thailand joined forces with TV Burabha Co. Ltd and Population and Community Development Association (PDA), to launch Go Further Innovator Scholarship 2016. The program invites vocational students to create innovative invention projects under the theme of "Road Safety" for a chance to win more than THB 670,000 in scholarships. Students interested in participating in Go Further Innovator Scholarship 2016 can submit their applications and proposals from 15 August – 30 September 2016. After its first launch in 2015, Ford's Go Further Innovator Scholarship 2016 has become a national scholarship program that unleashes the potential of vocational students across Thailand through innovative projects that help prevent traffic collisions or accidents. Go Further Innovator Scholarship 2016 rules and regulations are listed below: 1. Any students enrolled in vocational colleges in Thailand are eligible to participate. 2. A proposal must be submitted by a team of up to 5 eligible students, excluding mentor(s). 3. A proposal must be certified by mentor's signature. 4. Participants must download and fill out the Go Further Innovator Scholarship 2016 application form from one of the following channels: Ford Thailand Facebook Page, www.ford.co.th/about/newsroom,www.tvburabha.com or www.pda.or.th 5. Teams must submit application forms and signed proposals along with each team member's student ID cards to TV Burabha Co.,Ltd 246/8 Soi Yotin Pattana, Klongjan, Bangkapi, Bangkok 10240. The envelopes must have a clear "(Go Further Innovator Scholarship 2016)" note in the corner. 6. Students are also required to submit softcopies of their proposals atevent@tvburabha.com Go Further Innovator Scholarship 2016 is open for submissions 15 August – 30 September 2016. 20 finalist teams will be announced by program subcommittee on 15 October 2016 on www.ford.co.th/about/newsroom,www.tvburabha.com, www.pda.or.th, and also on the following Facebook Pages: Ford Thailand, TV Burabha andPopulation and Community Development Association (PDA). All 20 finalist teams must contact program coordinator* within 3 days to confirm their participations and projects submissions. The presentations will be held at 9:00 – 17:00 on 19 November 2016.
