Siam Commercial Bank Executive Vice President, Mortgage Business Division, Ms. Kanokwan Jaisriand Sansiri PCL Senior Executive Vice President, Business Development and Project Development Division (Low Rise), Mr. Metha Angwatanapanich have jointly launched an "SCB Home Loan Plus-Up" campaign offering mortgage loans to permanent employees working with companies using welfare loan services with SCB. Under the campaign, clients can receive loans for up to 100% loan-to-value (LTV) plus a special credit limit of up to 20% LTV for the purchase of home decorations or furniture, or up to 120% LTV in total, when they buy quality houses and condos under any project developed by Sansiri nationwide and receive approval and draw down the loan by December 31, 2016.
