Issara United Co., Ltd led by Songkran Issara (4th left), vice-president and Dittawat Issara (3rd right), managing director together with company's executives recently held a topping-off ceremony marking the completion of the construction phase of 'blu', a 491-unit coastal residence comprising 21 floors and a project value of at approximately THB 1.5 billion, situated in Thew Talay Estate in Cha Am – Hua Hin. The project is now available for sale and expected to be completed in December this year.
