Produced by world class playground design firm, For Park based in Perth, Australia, the new equipment compliments the long list of kids activities already provided by the resort. General Manager, Peter Hopgood said that the investment of in excess of FJD$50,000 shows the resort's continued commitment to providing memorable holiday experiences for children. "The new play equipment is fitted with all the kids' favorites such as slides, lookouts, monkey bars and flying fox whilst also including key 'learning' activities designed to develop children's motor skills during hours of play. "Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort is recognized as a leader in the South Pacific for children's holidays experiences and with this latest addition we can be sure that kids for years to come will continue to love their holidays on the beautiful Coral Coast," said Mr Hopgood. The resort offers an extensive Meimei Nanny Service for infants from 6 months of age and a Kids Club program - Little Riggers for 3-7 year olds and Beach Riggers for 8-12 year olds. These offer three sessions a day and provide a range of fun, age appropriate activities and cultural experiences. Little Riggers activities include Kula Eco park excursions, face painting, Fijian language lessons, Groovy movies and sculpture lessons while Beach Riggers go on an underwater treasure hunt, play balloon water polo, compete in a mini triathlon, play pool volleyball and watch giant crab races. Fiji Airways flies direct from Hong Kong to Nadi in Fiji five times a week and from Singapore, twice a week.
