Bangkok--24 Oct--Delivering Asia Communications Luxury hotel and residences teams up with Dragon Master and Explore Niseko to provide guests with all-seasons activities and adventures Leading luxury brand, The Pavilions Hotels & Resorts, has secured two exciting partnerships in Japan to coincide with the launch of the USD100 million-valued The Ginto Residences in Niseko, which will be managed by the international hospitality group. At its breaking ground ceremony this month, The Pavilions announced tie-ups with restaurant and entertainment operator Dragon Master to assist with the development of Ginto Village, and a partnership with activity experts Explore Niseko to provide guests with access to new adventures and experiences throughout the year. The Ginto Residences are located in an exclusive quarter of Ginto Hirafu, close to pristine powder slopes of Grand Hirafu and surrounded by pinewood forests. The project is being developed in a destination of extraordinary natural beauty with excellent skiing and snowboarding in the winter and hiking, mountain biking, river rafting and golf in the spring and summer months. "The beauty of Niseko, and in many ways its best kept secret, is that it's an all seasons destination," said The Pavilions Hotels & Resorts' founder and CEO, Gordon Oldham. "Families in Asia can enjoy exceptional winter season skiing, as well as a temperate climate that's ideal for activities in the spring, summer and autumn months. To make the most of every season, we have partnered with these highly experienced operators to provide the best activities and attractions for our guests." Many of the activities will be offered within the 20-hectare estate, which boasts 12-hectares solely dedicated to walking and biking trails in a thick woodland. In addition, Ginto Village will celebrate the culinary culture of Hokkaido brought to the plate, directly from the farm, by local chefs. The Village will also host a choice of appealing boutique retail options. Dragon Master operates a number of highly successful outlets in Niseko, including Ryunabe, Powder Room, and Slippery Slope. Explore Niseko offers the area's largest portfolio of all-season activities including mountain biking, Segway skiing, snow-trekking and banana boating. The Ginto Residences will comprise 31 plots of land for purchase and private villa development. The Pavilions Niseko boutique hotel will feature 42-suites, indoor and outdoor onsen, full service spa, gym and yoga studio, and a fine dining restaurant. Residents and guests will enjoy privileged access to the attached Ginto Village. Phase I Plot sizes at The Ginto Residences start at 1,000 square metres and are priced from USD1,000 per square metre. A total of 50% have been sold to date. Located in the premium district of Hirafu in Niseko, with access to premium ski lifts, white powder slopes and the scenic Hangetsu Lake in the foothills of Mount Yotei, The Ginto Residences are expected to set a new premium lifestyle benchmark in Niseko.
