Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Limited has confirmed ICBC (Thai) Leasing Company Limited's (ICBCTL: AAA(tha)/Stable/F1+(tha)) upcoming senior unsecured medium-term note (MTN) programme at a National Long-Term Rating of 'AAA(tha)' and a National Short-Term Rating of 'F1+(tha)'.
The programme start date has been delayed to May 2018 from 30 April 2018. The period remains unchanged at two years.
