Kyodo News, The Japan Times and The Mainichi have launched a joint English portal site to provide news reports, key remarks by officials, official documents and other information for a series of ASEAN-related ministerial meetings, including the 19th ASEAN Regional Forum, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The site is open from July 9 to July 13.
Media organizations can access the Japan Press Pool Service website to obtain the following in English:
* news reports on the meetings;
* top stories from Japan;
* key quotes from press conferences, comments by Japan's foreign minister and other officials;
* news photos;
* information and news reports on side events; and
* official documents released by the ASEAN Secretariat and the Japanese government.
