VisionGlobal-VIZG Signs With Contractor for National Build-Out of 'Broadband' Wireless Network SAN FRANCISCO, Jan 6 /PRNewswire-AsiaNet/ -- VisionGlobal Corporation, (OTC Bulletin Board: VIZG) a high-speed "broadband" wireless network solution provider, announced today the signing of a Letter of Intent with Ceitronics Communications Systems to provide turnkey services to build its primary and secondary transmission sites for the Company's data network. Ceitronics is prepared to build out the Greater San Francisco Bay Area by the end of the summer of 2000 followed by major cities throughout the United States. Ceitronics will be responsible for constructing all of the primary and secondary wireless transmission sites in addition to providing all turnkey installation services, including material, for businesses and single-family homes. VisionGlobal's technology includes 25 Mbps license-free data radios that operate in a point-to-point, point-to-multipoint and multipoint-to-multipoint network configuration with the ability to intelligently route data packets throughout the network. The VisionGlobal network system will run on the unlicensed 5.7 GHz spectrum and initially transfer data bursting up to speeds of 25 Mbps. Based on the company's calculations it will be 446 times faster than a standard modem, 175 times faster than ISDN, more than 16 times faster than a T-1, up to 97 times faster than DSL (base rate 256 Kbps), and 12 times faster than a cable modem. VisionGlobal will provide effective data throughput in a two-way configuration at speeds faster than all wired and wireless services in use today. VisionGlobal will own 100% of the intellectual property and patents associated with the final development of the 5.7 GHz operating systems. Subsequent to the initial rollout, the Company will then deploy 50 Mbps and 100 Mbps data devices. Ceitronics has been in business for over 15 years supplying turnkey services relating to physical layer communications systems and infrastructure covering the Western United States. It has been a pioneer in the designing and installation of communications systems. Ceitronics also installed the statewide voice/data network for Bank of America's Customer On-Line Information Network. Additional Ceitronics clients include Hewlett Packard, CNet, Altera, The City of San Francisco, Sony Corporation, PG&E, Peoplesoft Inc, and United Airlines. Aaron Colton, President of Ceitronics, stated, "Ceitronics is very excited to be part of VisionGlobal's plans.
