Thirty-two entries made it to the final round. The objective of the Intelligent20 Awards is to recognise the strategic use of IT in Asian corporations and organisations. The Awards measures the business impact of deploying technology across four key performance indicators: customer satisfaction; product/service quality assurance; return on technology investment; and innovation. It also places emphasis on business best practices and strong project management. Twelve finalists will also be awarded trophies.
