The ranch was granted earlier this year to the Children's Community Foundation (CCF) of Overland Park, Kansas through a charitable trust. After the sale, the charitable trust will solicit and fund grant requests from children's charities around the country on an annual basis. The Hubbard Ranch boasts some of Oregon's finest cattle ranching, running an average herd size for the past 10 years of 1,500 to 2,000 cow units. Miles of the scenic Imnaha River wind through the property offering anglers access to rainbow and brown trout, steelhead and salmon.
