These teams of specially trained employees have been deployed to assist and counsel the families of the people onboard UA 93 and UA 175. The family care teams will assist families from the airline's Special Assistance Center in Chicago, and by traveling to local communities to help the families in person. These family-care employees will provide the families with the latest information, assist with any financial or travel arrangements that may be needed, and respond to other family requests and needs.
