ATLANTA: Delta Air Lines Chairman and CEO Leo F. Mullin today commented on the tentative decision to open Heathrow Airport to service by more U.S. air carriers, saying it "is a welcome and important step that benefits transatlantic customers by providing more competition to the most important airport in the U.S./Europe market". TOKYO: Internet security provider Trend Micro, Inc. today revised its earning projections for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2001. The amended projections are "due to an unexpected increase in demand for antivirus products in Japan and Europe", the company said, and will announce financial results for the fiscal year 2001 on February 7, 2002.
