Former Philippine Senate Majority Leader Francisco S. Tatad, now a senior advisor to the campaign of Fernando Poe, Jr. and himself a candidate for Senator of the Philippines, will provide evidence uncovered by the Poe campaign of organized plans by the incumbent party to misuse public funds in violation of Philippine law. Documents will be made available to the media on a secure Web site which will be provided during the news conference.
