Vivendi Universal Games Appoints Hubert Larenaudie President of Asia Pacific

Vivendi Universal Games (VU Games) today announced the promotion of Hubert
Larenaudie to President of Asia Pacific effective immediately. In his new
role, Mr. Larenaudie will be responsible for leading the company's operations
throughout Asia Pacific reporting to VU Games CEO Bruce Hack.
Most recently, Mr. Larenaudie served as Senior Vice President and Director
of Asia Pacific for VU Games, where he played a key role in forming the
company's operations in the region. Mr. Larenaudie helped establish the
company's Singapore-based headquarters, as well as subsidiaries and branch
offices in Korea, Taiwan, China, Japan and Australia.
"Hubert and his team have done a tremendous job in building VU Games'
presence in Asia Pacific in just four years," said Mr. Hack. "We are very

Mr. Larenaudie brings nearly 20 years of management experience in
industries ranging from consumer products to luxury brands. Prior to joining
VU Games in 2000, Mr. Larenaudie held senior management positions at several
multi-national organizations, including BIC and Pierre Fabre where he was
responsible for establishing large business positions underpinned by strong
teams throughout Asia. During this time, he lived and worked in a
comprehensive range of major markets, including the U.S., Europe, Japan,
China, Singapore and Australia.
