Kenilworth Systems Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets: KENS) - On May 11, 2005, Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels signed into law House Enrolled Act 1120, which, in addition to providing funding for a new stadium for the Indianapolis Colts, also requires the Indiana Gaming Commission to study alternative forms of games or trends in casino gaming that could create additional income for Indiana
without expanding casino gaming within the state. This provision, a first for
any state, was included as a result of the lobbying efforts of Kenilworth

In a comprehensive proposal Kenilworth requested that it be given
permission to place television cameras on an Indiana Riverboat casino to
transmit, via digital satellite, live in-progress casino table games including
but not limited to Roulette, Dice, and Baccarat to other states that already
simulcast horse/dog races, have video lottery terminals at their race tracks,
and will permit the reception of the broadcast from Indiana.
There are more than 500 tracks and Off Track Betting establishments in the U.S. that provide simulcast horse/dog racing. Most of these facilities provide
private television sets with touch pad operation allowing patrons to select
race tracks at which they wish to wager, watch televised sporting events, the
news, and the stock market or, as planned by Kenilworth, wager on live casino
table games from Indiana by simply changing channels on the television set.
Kenilworth estimates a net win market of some $40 billion annually, to be shared by the tracks, the state lotteries, the State of Indiana, the Riverboat
operator and Kenilworth.
Kenilworth has a unique Patent #6,575,834 titled: "System and Method for
Remote Roulette and Other Game Play Using Game Table at a Casino," which
provides for the installation of a microprocessor located in television sets,
which manages the fixed odd casino wagering only a few feet away from the
