WASHINGTON, D.C.: Fannie Mae will redeem the principal
amount of MTN securities issues amounting to a total of US$500
million on June 13, 2005 at a redemption price equal to 100 per
cent of the principal amount redeemed plus accrued interest.
Fannie Mae will also redeem US$13.41 million FINS securities
issues on June 13, 2005, as well as US$20 million MTNR
securities issues on the same date.
