New Company Name and Appointment for Leading Market Data Firm

The new company name reflects the recent acquisition of leading inter-dealer broker Prebon by parent company

and corporations worldwide.

In addition to establishing a new company name, the leading market data
firm has appointed a new CEO, G. Andrea Danese, to oversee Tullett Prebon
Information's entire global data operation. Based in New York, Danese will lead the effort to consolidate and grow the company's market data business across the globe.
Prior to joining Tullett Financial, Danese was President and Chief
Operating Officer of credit derivatives electronic trading firm, Creditex, Inc.
