PMI Global Congress 2006-Asia Pacific kicks off on Monday, 27 February, with the Grand Opening Session and Reception, and continues through Wednesday, 1 March. Chin Ning-Chu, the author of "Leadership According to Sun Tzu's Art of War," will deliver the keynote address on Monday, 27 February. Ning-Chu is the foremost authority on the practical application of Sun Tzu's principles and their applicability to the modern workplace. She will discuss: -- five essential elements that affect the outcome of every project; -- five assets and liabilities of a great leader, and how to avoid the pitfalls; -- the omens of victory and defeat; -- five formulas for motivating your troops; and -- how becoming proficient in the art of war strategies will train your mind to travel along enigmatic strategic byways, which your competitors will find impenetrable.
