Pre-registration, use of Press Center, and entrance certificate delivery
- Pre-registration for journalists
Please apply to "JIMTOF 2008 PR Office" by fax after completing necessary matters on the separate paper "Prior registration form for journalists" or register with JIMTOF 2008 on the website ( http://touroku.jimtof.org/eng/ ) for journalists by Wednesday, October 29.
Because confusion is expected as the exhibition draws near with various registrations increasing, early registration is recommended.
- Installation and services of Press Center
The Press Center will be set up in conference rooms 103 and 104 on the first floor of the Tokyo Big Sight Conference Tower. To reach the Press Center from the second floor, proceed to the descending escalator on the left and you will find it far down on the left. Telephone, fax, photocopy and Internet services
and free drinks will be available in the Press Center.
The Press Center’s opening hours during the exhibition:
8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Thursday, October 30
9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Friday, October 31, through Monday, November 3
9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 4
- Procedures for coverage
On the day of arrival at the venue, please come to the Press Center first after completing the above-mentioned prior registration. You will be given an entrance certificate (proof of journalist status), a press kit and a press card (or a brassard) in the Press Center.
