In that precise sporting spirit, Procter & Gamble recently launched a campaign under the brands Gillette, Head & Shoulders and Pringles to provide football fans with the 'Ultimate Football Experience'.
"The 'Ultimate Football Experience' is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for football fans to get together for the ultimate private party of the year. Grand prize winners will be celebrated with 10 of their friends in a unique dome-like structure at the Pavilion Kuala Lumpur on Sunday 11 July 2010," said Yuri Hermida, Country CEO for Procter & Gamble Malaysia and Singapore.
One lucky winner will be selected from each of the five participating ASEAN countries including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam. The five winners and their respective 10 friends will be given an all-expense-paid trip to catch the world's greatest game in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Valued at approximately THB1.2 million, the grand prize also includes airfare and airport transfers (for winners outside of Malaysia), five-star hotel accommodation, meals and a KL city tour.
"We're calling all true football fans to give it their best shot and win a football party that is created to celebrate their brotherhood in the true sporting spirit of ASEAN! The 'Ultimate Football Experience' contest is open to all football fans in Malaysia as well as Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam from now until 18 June 2010. To participate, contest forms must be accompanied by original receipts of THB299 purchase of P&G products from The Ultimate Package comprising Gillette, Head & Shoulders and Pringles, which are all available at Carrefour, Tesco Lotus and Big C hypermarkets nationwide.
Completed contest forms can be submitted to the Gillette UFE drop boxes located at the hypermarkets or simply mail to the PO Box address stated in the contest form.
Participants of the ???Ultimate Football Experience' contest in each of the 5 countries will also stand to win a Sony Home Theatre system to watch the game in true surround sound experience and 2 units of the much sought-after Sony PlayStation 3 that will test one's skills with the latest edition of the EA football game.
