09.00 hrs. Minister to the Prime Minister's Office ( Mr. Aabhisit Vejjajiva ) lectures on the topic
of the Change of New Management Process, at Kasetsart University.
10.00 hrs. The Prime Minister presides over the meeting of the operation committee on the
