                        gives a special speech on "The Justice Integrated Process for 
                        Right and Freedom Protections" at convention hall, 
                        Chulalongkorn University. 
        09.30 hrs.      Deputy Prime Minister (Mr. Wanmuhamadnoor Matha) presides 
                        over the workshop on "Songkhla Lake Area Development" at 
                        BP Samila Hotel, SONGKHLA province.
        11.00 hrs.      The Prime Minister chairs the meeting on "National Sport 
                        Development Roadmap" at Grand Ballroom, Radisson Hotel, Bangkok.
