1) They are required to gather at the Hall of Command Building No.1 at least one hour in advanced for security check (15.30 pm.).
2) They cover the event only at arranged spot, and the movement of them in restricted areas will be regulated by Government Spokesman Bureau's officer.
3) Normally, they are under Pools system. But in case of limited spaces, photo opportunities will be allowed official photographer/cameramen.
4) They are required to be in proper dress (Attired Suite) and in some case, they have to wear badges with armbands.
5) They can receive copies of photos at Government Spokesman Bureau.
