                    the workshop seminar on Thai police performance , at the Royal 
                    Thai Police Office.
    15.30 hrs.      Minister Attached to the Prime Minister's Office 
                    ( Mr. Suranand Vejjajiva ) chairs the opening ceremony on 
                    " Plengprasiddhi-Charter Family Fun Fair" , at Charter 
                    International School.
