Bangkok--29 Sep--FICO Corporation FICO Corporation, Co., Ltd has just announced the appointment of RAMNEEK SINGH LAMBA as Group Executive Chef in charge of Culinary and Food and Beverage operations. Ramneek will be responsible for the management of all culinary operations across 3 new hotels under Fico’s hospitality sector ; Novotel Bangkok Fenix Silom, Novotel Bangkok Fenix Ploenchit and Hotel Muse Langsuan — an M Gallery Collection. Ramneek also focus on standardization of products and services leading to overall guest satisfaction. Ramneek brings with him over 10 years’ experience in hospitality management, culinary and food and beverage fields, including vast experience in restaurants and hotels in New Delhi, India. He also work for banquet kitchen as Sous Chef at InterContinental The Grand, New Delhi. Then Ramneek moved to Thailand, Sheraton Grande-Sukhumvit as Sous Chef for banquet kitchen and had been promoted as Executives Sous Chef after one year. Prior to joining FICO Corporation, he was Executive Chef of Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit. Ramneek has a bachelor of commerce from University of Delhi and diploma in hotel management from Institute of Hotel Management, Lucknow from India. He also received certificates in the senior kitchen training programme from The Oberoi Center of Learning and Development and HACCP Systems implementing course from British Standards Insititute — India.
