Every Friday to Sunday from 6 — 9 pm. throughout the month of October, Executive Chef Boris Cuzon is turning V9 Wine Bar & Restaurant into an Oyster Bar, offering a large variety of fresh and succulent oysters imported directly from France and America. Enjoy All-You-Can-Eat Oyster Bar at only THB 1,100 net per person.
After 9 pm., all oyster lovers can also delight in imported oysters by piece, a half dozen or a dozen starting from THB 50 net.
Complement your oysters with a selection of 150 imported fine wines from our Wine Cellar, where our sommelier will help you select the perfect bottle to compliment your dishes or to take home. As always, wines by the bottles are available at retail prices.
Experience cool sounds selected by V9 DJs, ranging from Jazz, Lounge, Latin, to funky sounds and house. Prop at the long bar, sink into a soft chair or simply take a table for some excellent food and admire Bangkok’s skyline at V9 Wine Bar & Restaurant from the 37th floor of Sofitel Bangkok Silom, where “Life is Magnifique!”. A semi-private room is available for 8-12 people.
