Chef Martin Oliverio Velasco, a native Peruvian chef from Dusit Thani College, presents a tantalising menu featuring raw fish marinated in lime, Escabeche, chicken in peanut sauce, lamb stew with beans and mouthwatering desserts include purple corn porridge, Lucuma ice cream, and much more.
