SPA-HAKUHODO announced its big move with naming 3 executives to lead young blood team achieving the ‘United Concept’ strategy and growth forecast at 10% this year.
The company expected new GMs, Somporn Mauthorn, Vasadome Rasmidatta and Teruhisa Ito, could bring an excellent integration of Thai-Japanese extensive experience and know-how to drive the further success of clients brand building recognized in winning many international awards from Festivals such as, Cannes Lions and the recent AdFest.
“After the merging of Spa Advertising Co., Ltd., and Thai Hakuhodo Co., Ltd., in early 2009, we announced ‘Hybrid Power’ as our business concept to blend a good combination of Thai-Japanese working culture empowering the company strength and enabling to overcome the economic recession with our growth revenue in passing year,” said Mrs.Somporn Mauthorn, Co General Manager, SPA-HAKUHODO. The new organization structure could ensure SPA-HAKUHODO to enhance the recovery of economy and advertising industry.
She added that the appointment of 3 GMs could bridge the service networks to fulfill client’s demands and execute the ‘United Concept’ strategy, focusing on the unity of organization and synergy the talent horizontal and vertical, to create the highest standard services following the 20th consecutive year of SPA’s mission statement ‘The client’s achievement is the virtue of our endeavor’ .
Additionally, SPA-HAKUHODO announced the establishment of 2 new business functions, Design Lab and Strategic Planning, as well as increasing number of employments to accomplish the client’s demands.
“Our business direction has been proven with a strong track record of earning various clients who are in leading position in their businesses ; M150, PTT, Leo Beer and B-ing, growing in revenue and reaching to new accounts. Apart from serving the existing clients, Osotspa and Singha Corporate for their new products/projects including the Singha-Chelsea project, the company is handling new clients such as Beger, Pantainorasingh Products, Energy Reform, Paolo Memorial Hospital Group and Interlink”, said Mrs.Somporn.
Mr.Vasadome Rasmidatta, Co General Manager, added, “since we (advertising agencies) count ‘people’ as precious asset, the company keeps on investing in human capital despite facing difficult cost saving period. We invest THB5 mil annually for creating more jobs to strengthen our team. We also provide domestic as well as abroad training to develop the capability of our crews”. Almost 80% of current SPA-HAKUHODO employment has an average age at 21-35 years old, reflecting how fresh of the idea created for its clients.

Mr.Teruhisa Ito, Co General Manager, emphasized that the “United Concept” could pave the way to blend the “dual culture” and utilize the different expertise to strengthen the organization performance.
