Italasia, reaffirming its image as the leader of imported Italian goods, is to hold ‘EATALY’ Private Sale by Italasia 2010 for the third time where more than 200 quality items are on sale to delight customers who appreciate Italian lifestyle products. There are special offers, including discounts as high as 50% off, available at the sale only. The sale aims to create a shopping experience for new customers, expected to double in numbers, and more than 7 million baht in sales is projected for the private sale.
Chakrit Benedetti, Managing Director, Italasia Trading (Thailand) Company Limited said that the Private Sale, to be held from 14 - 20 September at Fashion Hall, 1st Floor, The Emporium Shopping Complex, is the third time for the event because it was well-received last year by both Thai and foreign consumers. The company is confident its customer base will increase because the sale not only has many products available for purchase, but also many activities such as wine tasting which is a new experience for customers and a strategy to build brand loyalty. The Private Sale received honors from HE Mr. Michaelangelo Pipan, Ambassador of Italy to Thailand who will preside over the opening ceremony.
Specially for this event, the company will bring more than 200 quality goods to be discounted up to 50%, including Italian wine such as Barbera and Amarone, Italian sparkling wine such as Prosecco, kitchenware by Alessi, Alfi, Jenaer, Schott Zwiesel and Zwiesel 1872, coffee maker, illy coffee products and food products such as pasta, pasta sauce, olive oil, and sparkling water- all of which are premium products.
Furthermore, the management of Italasia said that the company spent 10 million baht on marketing activities for the year to promote its products and create brand awareness. By hosting the sales, the company hopes to reward its loyal customers who can purchase more quality products. Most of the marketing budget is spent on the sales to express gratitude to customers and promote the brand’s premium quality to customers. During the last quarter of this year the company will open a wine lawn to welcome the Christmas and New Year’s season.
‘EATALY’ Private Sale by Italasia 2010 is expected to generate more than 7 million baht, an increase from last year which generated 6 million baht.
