The Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers Association (PReMA), is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, and as a part of its anniversary activities, PReMA launched a weekly TV program aiming to educate and provide useful information relevant to the health of the general public, with the fourth program to be air on airing on Tuesday 12 October 2010 from 19:00 to 20:00 on TNN 2, True Vision 8. The topic of the week is on Combating Counterfeit Drugs.
The program entitled “Nee Pan Din - SukaparbDee Kap PReMA”, or “Nee Pan Din - Good Health with PReMA”, this week will welcome Khun Sompong Luksilakul, Head of IPRs Coordination Center, Investigation & Suppression Bureau, The Customs Department, and Dr. Thavirap Tantiwongse., PReMA’s Director of Health System Partnership, who will be talking to Khun Varin Sachdev, on “Combating Counterfeit Drugs”. While Prof. Dr. Piyamitr Sritara, Head of Department of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital will be talking about “Cardiovascular Diseases”, and Khun Salee Sukmak, Health Volunteer, Bangkok Yai, and a kidney disease patient, will share her experiences on innovation in treatment and drugs.
The program will re-run at 12:00 — 13:00 on Wednesday.
