A.P. Honda Co., Thailand 's market leader in motorcycle industry, announced its achievement in being the first manufacturer to introduce cutting-edge technology that serves consumers in all segments. "Honda CBR150R FI" will be the first world-class 150cc sport bike in Thailand offering PGM-FI technology and stylish design. The starting price will be 75,900 baht, with an annual sales target of 10,000 units. The launching and test-drive will take place at "Big Fun Fest by Honda" at Rajamangala National Stadium (Hua Mark) on October 30.

It is a challenging task for us to revive sport bike market after having been in this segment for nine years. Honda CBR150R FI was developed only for motorcycle market in Thailand by giving a priority to meet the needs of Thai consumers. The new engine has stronger performance and the design presents new image of world-class big bike from head to tail. Feem Ratthapark Wilairot, the only Thai motorcycle racer and the rising star in the world of motorcycle racing, will show the performance of the country's first 150cc-engine Honda CBR150R. Film, who represents Thailand in world motorcycle racing, will enhance Honda CBR150R FI image as "True Blood of Sport Spirit" sport motorcycle.
Honda CBR150R FI is equipped with 150cc-engine, PGM-FI technology, 4-valve DOHC, 6 gears and liquid cooling system with electric fan. New design from headlight to sport full cowling and larger fuel tank of 13 liters will enhance efficiency for a longer ride. It is also equipped with illuminated LCD dial featuring engine temperature, fuel, speed, ODO meter, and for the first time digital clock. Other basic features for world-class sport motorcycle will also be provided. Honda CBR150R will be available in Sporty R.W.B. (red-white-blue), X-Treme Red (red) and Night Black (black).
Honda CBR150R FI will be available in the market from November 10 at a starting price of 75,900 baht. The company targets annual sales of 10,000 units. For special promotion, the first 1,000 customers will receive stylist jackets worth more than 2,000 baht (limited items), one-year emergency and medical service package from Honda Roadside Assistance and a safe riding skill course based on the company's conditions.
"Big Fun Fest" by Honda will take place on Saturday 30th October at Rajamangala National Stadium (Hua Mark) for real riders to see the stronger performance and new design of Honda CBR150R FI.
