The Sukhothai Bangkok’s management team, led by General Manager Gregory Meadows, welcomes Executive Chef Margot Janse of the award-winning Relais and Chteaux Le Quartier Franais Hotel in South Africa, during her “African-inspired cuisine” promotion at The Sukhothai Bangkok.
The hotel restaurant has recently been ranked “31st Best Restaurant in the World” by S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants in 2010, the 6th time Margot has been included in this review, reflecting her focus and innovation since 1995 when Margot joined Le Quartier Fran็ais’s culinary team and the hotel restaurant was already considered one of South Africa’s best.
