Every flavor of the south is prepared by our chefs after original recipes such as Khao Yam Samoonprai, 3 colors of rice served with selected Thai herbs and our unique Southern style sauce; Tom Som Pla Kra-Bork, sweet & sour fish soup with fresh turmeric; Gaeng Som, spicy & sour yellow curry with white snapper and young heart of palm; Khua Kling, bone less pork rib fingers stir fried with spicy southern curry paste; and Goong Phad Satoh Ka-Pi, wok fried prawns with Satoh (bitter beans) and shrimp paste.
