HPL Hotels & Resorts recently announced the appointed of Mr. Matthew James Carley (Matty) as the new Manager of Hard Rock Cafe Pattaya. Mr. Carley has been working in this Food & Beverage industry for more that 10 years.
Mr. Carley graduated from Thames Valley University London and prior to his joining of Hard Rock Cafe Pattaya, Carley was the Restaurant Manager, overlooking two restaurants at the Shangri-La Villingili Resort and Spa, Republic of Maldives. His working experiences include other well known hotels such as, Le Meridien Dubai and Westin Dubai as well as Yo! Sushi London.
Hard Rock Cafe Pattaya is the classic American rock n’ roll high-energy restaurant that first opened in London in 1971. Open from 11am till late with our in-house band CENTRIC from U.S.A, plays live nightly from 9pm till late except on the weekends when they start rockin’ at 9.30pm.
