He has appeared as soloist and as concert master with many internationally renowned orchestras such as the London Philharmonic and The Chamber Orchestra of Europe and he was the Leader of the Nash Ensemble of London from 1996 - 2000. Relocating to Thailand in 2003 Leo has appeared as conductor with the Bangkok Symphony Orchestra, The Thailand Philharmonic and The Galyani Vadhana Institute Orchestra. He also conducted Benjamin Britten's opera The Turn of the Screw in its SE Asian premiere. http://www.leophillips.com/ Ekachai Jearakul Born on July 5, 1987, in Ubonratchathani province, Ekachai Jearakul started his first Classical guitar lesson when he was 13 at Yamaha Music School. He was instructed by Ajan Kiatipong Tangsakul, his first guitar teacher. In 2003 he move to study at the Music College of Mahidol University where he majored in classical guitar, where he had many chances to study classical guitar from Ajarn Worakarn Sangsomboon, Ajarn Nalin Komentrakan, Ajarn Suwit Klinsmith, Dr. Paul Cesarczyk and so many qualified teachers in the Music College of Mahidol University. Ekachai was granted many opportunities to perform his solo concerts both in Thailand and other countries, i.e., China, France, Korea, Russia, Greece, Japan, England, Italy, Germany, and USA etc. Moreover, he also performed as a soloist with Dr.Sax Chamber Orchestra, International Orchestra of Italy, Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra, Unity Philharmonic Orchestra, Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra and Ukraine Philharmonic Orchestra.
