Thai Real Estate Association invests a huge amount of money to organize ‘Thailand Exclusive Property Show 2010’ (TEPS) during 5-14 November 2010 at Siam Paragon showcasing 18 housing and condominium projects with the aim to boost up year-end sales of a high-end residential market to the target of 600 million Baht.
Mr.Kittipol Pramoj na Ayudhya, President of the Thai Real Estate Association, revealed that TEPS was catered to stir up sales for its members, targeted on both local and foreign high-end customers with high purchasing power. This year, the residential projects offered at the event were housing and condominium along BTS lines, weekend getaways, beach resorts in popular beach destinations e.g. Rayong, Hua Hin, Krabi as well as those on golf courses, prices starting from 3.5 — 50 million Baht. There were a total of 18 quality projects from members, valued up to 10 billion Baht and TREA expected 600-million-Baht sales from this event.
“We all have been well prepared for the upcoming TEPS event which will be taking place during 5-14 November, starting from 10.00 — 22.00 hrs. at Hall of Fame, M level, Siam Paragon, on a vast exhibition space of 400 square meters for a period of 10 days. It is expected to generate sales of at least 100 million Baht for each individual real estate developer. Plus, we have also spent a large budget on advertising and public relations in order to reach our direct target more effectively”.
“Last year’s success of the corresponding event has really gained TEPS confidence and praises from the TREA members as we did not only help them save their marketing costs, but also their PR budgets. Moreover, the event opens a new sales channel where they can efficaciously reach the right target group. Best of all, both small and medium entrepreneurs can benefit from this by building up their own brand confidence in an efficient and credible way. Talking about exhibition venue, it is highly potential and convenient for our targeted consumers which, as a result, leads to the lift in both total numbers of projects participated and the gross value of all residential projects joining the exhibition this year”, Mr. Kittipol added.

“Due to the turbulent first half caused by domestically political crisis and fluctuations in the global economy, the sales of real estate market in overview has shrunk in size. However, in the second half of this year, the trend seems to get better, especially in the fourth quarter. Hence, we believe that this event will certainly add an active boost to the real estate market”, Mr. Kittipol concluded.
