Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) announced adjustments to its Winter Programme 2010-2011, effective today onward.
Mr. Piyasvasti Amranand, THAI President, said that THAI adjusted its flight schedules to reflect passenger traffic demands for the Winter Programme 2010-2011, as follows:
1. New Destinations
Direct flights Bangkok-Haneda (Tokyo) v.v. at 7 flights per week, utilizing Airbus A340-500 aircraft
2. Increased Flight Frequency
European Routes
- Bangkok-Oslo v.v., from 5 to 7 flights/week, utilizing Boeing 777-200ER
- Bangkok-Moscow v.v., from 4 to 4 flights per week, utilizing Boeing 777-300
Australian and New Zealand Routes
- Bangkok-Sydney v.v., from 14 to 18 flights/week, utilizing Airbus A340-600
Regional Routes
- Bangkok-Nagoya v.v., from 7 to 10 flights/week, utilizing Airbus A330-300
- Bangkok-Fukuoka v.v., from 5 to 7 flights/week, utilizing Airbus A330-300
- Bangkok-Kolkata v.v., from 5 to 7 flights/week, utilizing Airbus A330-300
- Bangkok-Mumbai v.v., from 7 to 10 flights/week during 31 October 2010 — 15 February 2011, increasing to 12 flights/week during 16 February to 26 March 2011, utilizing Airbus A330-300 and Airbus A300-600 aircraft
- Bangkok-Gaya-Varanasi-Bangkok, operating 4 flights/week, except during the period 10 November — 31 December 2010 with 7 flights/week, utilizing Boeing 737-400 aircraft
Domestic Routes
- Bangkok-Chiang Mai v.v., from 58 to 70 flights/week
- Bangkok-Phuket v.v., from 65 to 70 flights/week
- Bangkok-Ubol Ratchathani v.v., from 7 to 14 flights/week, from 1 DEC 2010 onward
