dtac revealed hundred thousands of customer benefit from expense controlling service

กรุงเทพฯ--11 พ.ย.--dtac dtac is evaluating customers’ satisfaction after launch of new services including expense-controlling service or “Cap Max” and “Internet Alert” for providing data expense updates via SMS. Most users are pleased as the services help controlling expenses. Mr. Pakorn Pannachet, Senior Vice President, Products Division, dtac, revealed that “There are more than 300,000 customers who receive benefits of dtac’s expense-controlling service or Cap Max. They are mobile internet users, which have higher access rate than dtac’s maximum charge. By this service, we provide continuous access and charged only at fixed rate, which is mere 49 Baht per day for Happy customers and mere 1,500 Baht for monthly service customers. Internet Alert service is also provided via SMS to inform about expense at each step. After a period of the mentioned services, we surveyed customer satisfaction at the end of last October and found that 90% of them would like to receive alert SMS as it helps controlling expenses. Both services also provide benefits for customers who rarely access and first-time customers by offering peace-of-mind in usage control.” dtac provides both services for free and without registration in order to offer internet-surfing pleasure on mobile phone. Expense Controlling or Cap Max, offers expense control for customers of Happy and monthly dtac with expense rates of mere 49 Baht per day and mere 1,500 Baht per month respectively. Internet Alert, internet usage rate alert service, offers notification for Happy customers when reaching at 10 Baht and 49 Baht of Happy internet service rates, and monthly customers when reaching 10, 200, 500, and 1,500 Baht of dtac internet service rates.
