The celebratory dinner at our award-winning restaurant, Taste on November 25, 2010 will include an array of traditional dishes and appetizers such as cranberry Waldorf salad with flaked duck confit, and seafood cocktails with horseradish and Tabasco Mary Rose sauce. Diners can also enjoy rock sugar marinated salmon, whole roasted turkey with herb and dried fruit stuffing, baked pumpkin and corn on the cob, and much more. The feast ends with delicious pumpkin pie, apple pie, and pecan pie.
Selected as “Thailand’s Best Restaurant” by readers of Thailand Tatler, Taste’s interactive dining concept features live cooking stations with many dishes prepared ‘a la minute’. Diners can enjoy Mediterranean and Asian cuisine including spaghetti, farfalle and ravioli pasta with a selection of sauces, Chinese roasts and meats such as braised pork, Shanghai duck and Hainanese chicken, fresh oysters, tuna and salmon sashimi, and an irresistible dessert buffet with an ice cream teppanyaki station.
